Liftsheet turns workout spreadsheets into a training log. This page explains what we collect to do that, who else handles it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Your account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Files you upload: the spreadsheet itself, exactly as you sent it.
Your training data: the programs, workouts, and sets read from your files or logged in the app, plus your settings (weight unit and time zone).
Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used for rate limiting, bot checks, and error logs.

We don’t sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or analytics cookies.

To sign you in and keep you signed in.
To read your spreadsheet and build your training log.
To show your workouts, history, and progress.
To keep the service secure and working: preventing abuse, and finding and fixing errors.

Amazon Web Services hosts the app, database, and file storage in the United States (us-east-1), and sends sign-in emails.
Anthropic provides the AI model that works out how a new spreadsheet is laid out. When a file’s format hasn’t been seen before, a sample of its rows (or the whole file, if it’s small) is sent to Anthropic’s API or to Claude on Amazon Bedrock. Anthropic doesn’t use API data to train its models.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sign-in form is used by a person, not a bot.

We set one cookie to keep you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookies to run the bot check on the sign-in page.

Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 30 days. They’re only kept so an import can be re-run.
Your account and training data are kept until you delete them.
Sign-in links expire after 10 minutes. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Undo any import to remove everything it added.
Delete your account in Settings. That removes your account, training data, and uploaded files right away.

Liftsheet isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect.
