Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Liftsheet. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 16.
• Use an email address you control. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your files and data

• What you upload and log stays yours.
• You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to run the service for you. That includes sending samples of new file formats to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Imports are private to your account. Nothing you upload is shared with other users.

Programs you didn’t write

Many training programs are paid, copyrighted products. Only upload programs you have the right to use, such as ones you bought or wrote yourself. To report material you believe infringes your copyright, email tylerdanielwork@gmail.com with the details. We’ll remove it where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Don’t:

• Upload malware, or files built to break or overload the service.
• Try to get into other people’s accounts or data.
• Get around rate limits, import limits, or bot checks.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or send requests.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Limits

The service is free for now, with daily limits on imports. We may change features or limits, and if we ever charge for anything we’ll tell you first. Nothing you already use becomes paid without your agreement.

Not medical advice

Liftsheet records the training you choose to do. It doesn’t give medical, health, or coaching advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. Reading spreadsheets automatically can get things wrong, so check the review screen before you import, and keep your own copy of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost data or for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app before the changes take effect.
